Due to the nature of our products (with hygiene being a top priority), we are unable to proceed with any refunds or exchange.

In the event that you have received a defective, damaged or wrong product*, please drop us a message at support@mykinchan.com within 7 days of receiving your orders. Please ensure that the products are in pristine condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) with its original packaging intact (including labels, tags and manual).

We will gladly assist you through this process as swiftly as possible!
