1) Turn bottle pump 90 degrees in the direction of the illustrated arrow on top and remove the safety lock.

2) Press the pump downwards until your desired volume of foam appears. 

3) Use appropriate amounts on bare damp skin (hair to whole body).

4) Rinse with running water.
