Kinchan is run by 2 working mums who want to get you your parcels as soon as possible. Therefore, all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping (S$4.90). For orders above S$60, your shipping's on us!
During peak seasons such as sale and festive periods, expect 6-10 business days for Standard Shipping within Singapore. All orders placed over the weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Do let us know if you'd like to see other shipping options in the future!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
