1. Peel off the transparent film before placing single cool gel sheet on the part where you want to cool down. (Place sheets in the refrigerator before using for added cooling effects).
2. When sheet's cooling effect wears off, replace with new a sheet.
Storage:
Keep sachet packets tightly sealed when not in use.
Keep in cool temperature and avoid direct sunlight as heat would affect the effectiveness.
Keep out of reach of children. After opening, the cooling effect will gradually decrease, please use it as soon as possible.
