Kenimzaki Satomi is a series of kitchen tools manufactured by Shimomura Industrial Co. Ltd., in collaboration with cookery researcher and recipe book author Kenmizaki Satomi.
Shimomura was founded in 1874 in the blacksmith region of Sanjo, Japan.
They started from manufacturing agricultural tools such as sickles and hoes and evolved to make culinary knives, scissors and slicers mainly out of stainless steel.
